The restaurant’s design tells the story of its relationship with the territory through the enhancement of natural Taormina face stone, handmade Etna terracotta and oak wood.
We also do not use tablecloths to lessen the impact on the environment of the mise en place
For the same reason we have chosen to bottle our potable water in glass. Wherever possible we use recycled paper. The venue’s professional equipment is equipped with devices to protect against artificial electromagnetism. Our plants fight indoor pollution.
Our wine list also espouses the same philosophy as the menu, with a prevalence of Etna wines, as well as natural and orange wines.
